Please arrive at the SPA AREA at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to check in,
remove jewelry, and have a few minutes of relaxation time before your treatment. To complement your day of services, our hotel
amenities include: Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, indoor pool, gym, and showers for your use (beach access is not included). Our staff
at the front desk is available to guide you in the use of the facilities. Please bring bathing suit or appropriate attire.
Your spa time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late will deprive you of your precious spa treatment time. As a courtesy to
other guests and our therapists, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to appointment time or 50%of the full service
fee is charged to your credit card. No shows will be charged at 100%.
Two-week cancellation notice required for parties of 4 or more.
Clients must be covered when walking through spa and hotel. Shirts and shoes required.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your spa services. In appreciation for services, gratuities may be left at your discretion.
Gratuities of 15 - 20%, are customary.
Enhancements are incorporated into your service time. All times are approximate. Prices and services are subject to change.
To make our Spa & Salon a more relaxing atmosphere for everyone, please refrain from using cell phones.
