We Offer: Standard, Efficiency, Apartment, Honeymoon Suite, Presidential Suite, Oceanfront, and Oceanview, Handicap Accessible Rooms, and Wireless Internet in common areas.

Policies

Reservations & Deposits

  • Reservations may be made by those 21-years old or older.
  • Room prices are based on double occupancy.
  • Off Season - 1 Night room & tax deposit to reserve room by personal check or credit card.
  • Peak Season - 50% of stay & tax deposit to reserve room by personal check or credit card.
  • Each additional person in room $35.00.
  • 10% Premium on all holidays. Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • 4-Night Minimum on 4th of July, 2 night minimum for Labor Day and Memorial Day.
  • 2-Night Minimum for all midweek summer reservations.
  • 3-Night Minimum Weekend summer reservations.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations are subject to $25 Cancellations Fee.
  • Peak Season Deposit is refunded only if notified in writing, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Off Season Deposit is refunded only if notified 48 hours in advance.
  • A processing charge of $30 will be retained for all returned checks.
  • Any change of length of stay must be received 14 days prior to arrival in Peak Season, 48 hours prior in Off Season.
CHECK IN TIME AFTER 3:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 A.M.

Payment

  • Guest must have drivers license or photo ID and valid credit card for authorization at check in. Credit card imprint and cardholder's signature is required for incidentals or room charges.
  • For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards are accepted.
  • $25 charge for changing credit cards (reversals).
  • Guests are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

This property is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be held responsible for injury/accident, loss of money, jewelry, or guests personal possessions.
