Reservations & Deposits
- Reservations may be made by those 21-years-old or older.
- Room prices are based on double occupancy.
- Use of facilities are for current registered guests only.
- Off Season - 1 Night room & tax deposit to reserve room by personal check or credit card.
- Peak Season - 50% of stay & tax deposit to reserve room by personal check or credit card. Payment in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Each additional person in room $35.00 per night per person.
- Shortening length of stay is viewed and treated as a cancellation and is subject to the cancellation policy.
- Minimum night stays apply during peak season.
- All cancellations are subject to $25 Cancellations Fee.
- Peak Season - 50% deposit is reimbursed if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival.
- Off Season Deposit is refunded only if notified 48 hours in advance.
- A processing charge of $30 will be retained for all returned checks.
- Any change in length of stay must be received 14 days prior to arrival in Peak Season, 48 hours prior in Off Season.

Late checkout not available.
- Guests must have Photo ID, valid credit card imprint and cardholder's signature at check in for incidentals and rooms charges.
- For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.
- $25 charge for changing credit cards (reversals).
- Guests are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
This property is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be held responsible for injury/accident, loss of
money, jewelry, or guests personal possessions.
